Ms Priscilla Calmes


Head of Human Resources Operations and Support Services

Ms. Calmes has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources and has held numerous HR management positions in domains such as consumer goods, academic institutions, banks and service companies, notably Nespresso, Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, CHUV, and MIG Bank. During her professional career, she has managed various projects related to quality and process optimisation. She also has extensive training in labour law, social insurances, project management, health and security, negotiation, finance, HR technical issues, personality testing, and mediation. 

Alongside her professional activity, Ms. Calmes teaches a module “Management & Human resources “ at Centre romand en formation continue (CEFCO) near Lausanne, a continuing education institution with several centres in the French speaking part of Switzerland. Ms. Calmes holds a Masters in Psychology and an MBA, both from the University of Geneva. She is a Swiss national and is fluent in French and English, with an excellent level of German and conversational Spanish.
