Unleash the Power of Civil Society Advocacy

In the last 20 years, the number of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) has exploded throughout the world. Civil society actors are engaged, directly or indirectly, in political decision-making processes on a wide range of issues from natural species protection to defence issues. Whether operating locally or internationally, this sector has become a key partner for most governments.

In this course, you will learn how to become a more powerful advocate for the issues you represent, gaining new skills to help you become a more active element in modern politics. The goal of this two-day learning experience is to fully understand how positive synergy between civil society and governments can be instrumental in shaping policy.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Open to a wide range of professionals engaged in advocacy work, including: civil society leaders, corporate leaders, government officials, political party members, parliamentary staff, as well as military and security staff.

Costs

CHF 1'000. Apply two months before the course start date to qualify for a 15% discount. Alumni qualify for a 20% discount. Certain circumstances are eligible for scholarships.
