Skills and Knowledge to Manage the Unexpected

In a world challenged by technological disruption and rapidly changing geopolitical landscapes, organisations need to constantly assess risks and threats and ensure staff are skilled to manage crises and make good decisions. This module will help organisations and individuals enhance their knowledge on the types and characteristics of a crisis, review response mechanisms and understand the key components and functioning of a crisis management team.

This course is the second of a series of five intensive, interactive residential modules, constituting all together the “Geopolitical Leadership for Organisational Impact” programme.

Who Should Attend?

This course will especially benefit individuals from private companies, civil society or government functions that need to develop, review or oversee crisis management plans, or individuals who might assume an operational or decision-making role in a crisis management team. Other practitioners or academics wanting to understand contemporary crisis management techniques and challenges will also benefit from this course.

Costs

CHF 1'000. Apply by 18 August to qualify for a 15% discount. Alumni qualify for a 20% discount. Certain circumstances are eligible for scholarships. Sign up for all five modules of the “Geopolitical Leadership for Organisational Impact" programme and attend one module for free, paying CHF 4’500 instead of CHF 5’500.
