Today’s peace and security environment is uncertain and complex. Multiple stakeholders have divergent perspectives, demands and expectations. External political, bureaucratic, social and economic forces challenge organisational vision and strategic aim and intent.
Leading effectively in such times demands decisiveness, resilience, courage – and the power to motivate. This course will give you new perspectives and ideas in a stimulating environment where you can share experience and discuss innovative solutions for common and pressing leadership challenges.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The following profiles will especially benefit from attending: leaders, managers, diplomats, (senior) advisors, aspiring leaders and decision-makers engaged in or impacted by issues relating to international peace and security. Applicants will be selected to ensure a stimulating and diverse international audience.
CHF 2'000. Apply two months before the course start date to qualify for a 15% discount. Alumni qualify for a 20% discount. Certain circumstances are eligible for scholarships.
