Design, Monitoring and Evaluating in High Risk Environments

Programme and project designers and managers working in fragile situations face a unique set of challenges where information is often scarce and operational presence high risk. Practitioners will enhance their programme design skills as well as their monitoring and evaluation capacity. This interactive course provides programme and project managers with immediately implementable practical skills.

This course is not intended for professional evaluators.
