As Chief Strategy Officer, Aaron Boyd provides direction in developing ABI's worldwide operations and product offerings, including recognizing and pursuing new business relationships, areas of growth opportunity and strategic alliances.
Aaron brings significant experience in international markets and brand development, based on over 18 years of management with some of the world's most recognised technology companies, having done work for Intel, Gartner, Filemaker, Baan, Ask.com, Toyota, Macerich, MGM Grand, Iomega, Novell and Go Daddy.
Aaron's work has been recognized by the Public Relations Society of America and the American Advertising Federation, as well as by marketing and tech industry publications.
Aaron's work in strategic partnerships for ABI led him to the International Telecommunication Union, resulting in a long-standing joint research project, the Global Cybersecurity Index. In addition, Aaron co-founded the ITU's Regional Cyberdrill series, which has resulted in ten regional conferences for 90 National CERT teams. Aaron led ABI's push into the realm of Cybersecurity and Internet Governance Policy.
Aaron has extensive experience in strategic planning, public-private partnerships, and in-depth knowledge of cyber security technologies and policies and steps required to protect everything from personal mobile devices through the enterprise to critical national infrastructure.
Since 2008, Aaron has been called on to be a panellist, presenter or moderator at over 40 conferences focused on technology, strategy, market intelligence, telecommunications, cyber security and internet governance. Aaron has a Bachelors degree in Communications, an MBA in Global Business Management, and has attended post-graduate certification coursework at Peking University and Stanford.
