Domhnall O'Sullivan holds a BA in European Studies (Trinity College Dublin) and a MA in European Union International Relations and Diplomacy (College of Europe Bruges). His research interests centre on European Union foreign policy, particularly towards the MENA region and the wider neighbourhood. He has worked for the EU Institute for Security Studies, focusing on EU crisis and defence capabilities, and has also spent time working with Project Syndicate and as a journalist in Beirut. Before coming to the GCSP, he spent almost two years as a Research Analyst with the World Economic Forum, where he expanded his scope to work on issues including the future impact of technology on society, the economy, and international relations.
