Meeting of Experts on the Protection of Minorities in Kosovo
20-22 March 2006
On 20-22 March 2006, the GCSP convened a meeting of experts in St. Gerlach near Maastricht, the Netherlands. This meeting was held in the context of the GCSP's SEE initiative. The meeting considered a comprehensive set of recommendations for the protection of minorities in Kosovo. These recommendations could be incorporated into the final status decision by UN Secretary General's Special Representative charged with the Kosovo status discussions. This meeting was made possible through a generous contribution from the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On 8 December, the first Turkey-Switzerland Round Table took place in Geneva bringing together two high-level delegations to discuss bilateral relations. The round table was organised by the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) and the Centre for Strategic Research in Ankara (SAM).
Round-table on Neutrality/Non-alignment in Europe
15 November 2004
On Monday, 15 November, the GCSP hosted a follow-up round-table on "Neutrality and Non-Alignment in Europe Today: Relations with European and Transatlantic Security Institutions". The meeting brought together an official and a researcher from each of the neutral states in Europe (Austria, Finland, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland).
GCSP and Swedish National Defence College Workshop
The Baltic Sea Choir - Still in Concert?
26-27 September 2004
The GCSP, in co-operation with the Swedish National Defence College, organised a Workshop on "The Baltic Sea Choir - Still in Concert". The workshop took place in Stockholm on 26-27 September 2004.
The workshop gathered approximately 50 high-level participants and looked at the role of the Baltic Sea Region and future patterns for co-operation in the region.
Discussion on GCSP cooperation with the Swiss Army
2 June 2004
Gen. U. Zwygart received a GCSP delegation on June 2, 2004 to discuss the future cooperation between the GCSP and the Armed Forces Senior Cadre Training of the Swiss Army.
