Workshop on "Comprehensive Security Policy – Challenges and Approaches", 19-21 November 2008
On 19-21 November 2008 the GCSP, in partnership with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, hosted a unique workshop on "Comprehensive Security Policy – Challenges and Approaches”, for the benefit of a group of distinguished West African scholars, politicians, and journalists. Participants included representatives from Senegal, Ghana, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Benin and Nigeria.

On 19 September 2008, the GCSP held, on behalf of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sports and NATO-Allied Command Transformation, a workshop on "The Security Environment in 2030”.
