GCSP Contribution to OSCE Academy MA Course, Bishkek, Republic of Kyrgyzstan, 24 September 2008
On 24 September, a GCSP delegation went to the OSCE Academy in Bishkek to deliver lectures to the MA Course. Dr. Tim Epkenhans, Director, OSCE Academy Bishkek, invited three guest speakers to teach the Master Program in Political Science (Central Asia). Dr. Pal Dunay and Dr. Graeme P. Herd from GCSP and Dr. Roger Kangas from NESA were delighted to deliver the lectures and panel discussion.
Bishkek
29 September - 3 October 2003
On 3 October 2003, the GCSP completed a week-long regional training course in Bishkek on international security policy for 20 mid-career professionals from the Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. The participants represented the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defence and Interior as well as the Presidential Administration. GCSP faculty from Geneva and guest speakers took part in the training.
