Ms. Fink brings 14 years of multi-national experience stemming a variety of functions, notably Human Resources, Executive Search, Finance and Commercial Administration, in both corporate and consulting environments. She has acquired a wealth of problem solving skills. She holds a BA in Economics from Bard College (USA), and a joint International MBA degree from University of South Carolina (USA) and Wirtschafts universitaet Wien (Austria). In her recent position at Philip Morris International’s (PMI) Center of Expertise for Benefits, Ms. Fink supported management in recommending innovative reward & retain strategies and best market practices, and leading large international projects and multicultural teams.
Most recently, she headed three service teams in Switzerland in the areas of Relocation, Transportation and Communications and managed related multi-million dollar budgets. She also represented PMI at the International Dual Career Network (IDCN) Geneva Lake chapter as a corporate mentor. Ms. Fink's prior appointments include: Senior Associate (Heidrick & Struggles), Financial Controller (Graphisoft), and Financial Analyst (PMI). Before embarking on a career with PMI, Anna had gained experience in international economics and political studies institutes in NYC and upstate NY. Holding a a professional piano diploma, she is a Polish national and speaks English, French, Italian and Russian fluently.
