The use of force in peacetime and during armed conflicts has various forms and manifestations, and the respective international law is highly complex.
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the legal rules applicable to the use of force, and teaches the skills to work effectively with legal concepts and documents.

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is designed for operators, commanders, instructors, lawyers, intelligence officers, policymakers, and analysts who conduct, plan, advise, monitor, and/or teach air and missile warfare.
It is relevant to all military branches and military staff, as well as to civilian professionals working in the air and space sector.

Costs

CHF 1’500 Apply by September 2019 to qualify for a 15% discount. Alumni qualify for a 20% discount. A limited number of partial tuition waivers and scholarships may be available. GCSP reserves the right to modify the programme dates, location and fee at any time. Discounts are not cumulative.
