With a PhD in Electronics and Information Engineering and a career spanning 30 years within Hewlett-Packard, Hani Dabbagh has over 17 years of extensive practical experience in Digital Transformation. He is particularly passionate about the impact of disruptive digital media and technology on society and customer behavior, as well as to how to harness these for business benefit - with a proven track record on executional excellence. At HP, Hani initiated many innovative online channel programs and e-business models, such as the “Authorised e-Business Partner Program” (one of the first programs in the industry to capitalise on the growing importance of e-channels in selling and marketing IT products). He has deployed innovative online sales and marketing programs in both the direct as well as indirect e-Commerce motions, while defining digital strategy within a Business Unit - including the creation of a “Media Lab” – and executing many innovative, cutting-edge, projects. Hani has lived in 6 countries since childhood and speaks fluently English, French and Arabic. He is a passionate photographer and holds a Private Pilot’s license.
