Head of the Ceremonial and Official Visits Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Guinea
Frédéric Dieudonné Bangoura is the Head of the Ceremonial and Official Visits Division of the Republic of Guinea. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2006 and from 2007 to 2010 he was the Head of Hearings and Official Ceremonies Section. Then he became the Head of the Official Visits Sections. From October to November 2013, he participated in a course for young African diplomats on bilateral and multilateral relations which was held in China. During his career, he participated in the preparation of many official visits by the Heads of European and African States, while being in charge of the Protocol for the Cardinal Robert Sarah, the Vatican’s Cor Unum Prefect and other major foreign personalities. He holds a diploma in General Law by the University of Camagüey in Cuba. He speaks French, Spanish and English.
