Stephen Boucher is currently CEO of consoGlobe.com, France’s largest online media on sustainability matters, with over 3 million single visitors per month and is the author of a recent book on creativity in politics (Petit manuel de créativité politique - Comment libérer l'audace collective, Paris : éditions du Félin, 414pp, foreword by Nicolas Hulot and Dominique Bourg). He was previously director of the EU climate policies programme at the European Climate Foundation (ECF). A Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Sciences Po Paris graduate, he co-directed the think-tank Notre Europe / Jacques Delors Institute for four years before the ECF. While there, he designed and organised, in 2007, the first pan-European Deliberative Poll. Before that, he advised a range of clients as public affairs consultant in London, Brussels and Paris. He was also European and international affairs advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Belgian Federal Minister for Mobility in Guy Verhofstadt’s government.
