Behavioural Sciences consultant and scientific mediator
Mr. Max Felder is a Behavioural Sciences consultant and scientific mediator. After a Master's degree in social and applied psychology, he co-founded the Behaviour Change Lab in 2015 with the support of the University of Geneva's chair of applied psychology. Today, the BCLab works closely with a scientific board composed of four professors in behavioural sciences from the Universities of Geneva and Lausanne with the aim of applying behavioural science’s scientific findings and methodology to field issues. Max has worked as a project manager on various subjects such as the evaluation and monitoring of public health programs, social integration and socialization policies for underprivileged children as well as the promotion of pro-environmental behaviours. He has been a public speaker in academic contexts to discuss ways in which scientific research can integrate applied perspectives. He has also engaged with the private sector, educating leaders and public policy managers on how to benefit from behavioural sciences’ findings and methodology.
