Director General of International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights (FIFDH), Geneva
Isabelle Gattiker is the director and co-founder of the International Film Festival and Forum of Human Rights (FIFDH) in Geneva, the leading international event for cinema and human rights, taking place every year in March during the UN Human Rights Council. After her degree in History and History of Arts in Geneva, she became the assistant of the director Amos Gitai, as well as the production coordinator of his film Disengagement, starring Juliette Binoche, Barbara Hendricks and Jeanne Moreau. She then produced several award winning feature films, including Impunity, by Juan José Lozano. She teaches regularly at the ECAL (Lausanne) and HEAD (Geneva).
