Senior Program Fellow/General Coordinator, Hellenic Foundation for European and Greek Foreign Policy
Konstantinos Lampropoulos was born in Athens on the 9th of February 1977. He has studied History and Journalism at the Ionian University and the University of Athens respectively. He has held postgraduate studies in the fields of Strategy, War and Security at King’s College London and has received executive training on Chinese Foreign Policy and European Security trends at the European University Institute in Florence and in New Issues on Security at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.
Dr. Lampropoulos' professional background includes both the public and the private sector, where he has held various posts as security analyst at leading Greek think tanks, namely the Hellenic Centre for European Studies and the Hellenic Foundation for European and Greek Foreign Policy, where he is currently coordinating its observatory on international security issues. A member of various research institutions, he has published on international security issues in Greece and abroad.
