Permanent consultant on multilateralism at the Centre for Analysis
Dr Alexandra Novosseloff is a permanent consultant on multilateralism at the Centre for Analysis, Forecasting and Strategy of the French Ministry of Foreign And European Affairs, and a non resident Senior Fellow at the International Peace Institute in New York. Alexandra holds a PhD in political science from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2), and works since then on UN peacekeeping and Security Council related issues with various research institutes, including NUPI. She has been the team leader for DRC in NUPI’s EPON project.
