Clare has worked with PwC in the UK and Switzerland for the past 7 years, specialising in HR and culture transformation, and change management. In this time she has supported a diverse range of organisations across industry sectors, from large multinational corporations, to small not for profit organisations.
Clare helps HR and business leaders to develop their people and HR strategies and to enhance the business impact of their HR practices. Achieving diversity and inclusion in the workplace is becoming a top priority for business leaders, and HR has a significant role to play, but it cannot be achieved through HR interventions in isolation.
Prior to joining PwC, Clare completed a PhD in Experimental Psychology at the University of Cambridge, focused on exploring individual differences in visual perception and social understanding.
