Ms Sandrine Tunezerwe


Design and Faculty Associate for Societal Advancement – CCL; Independent consultant and global speaker on women’s leadership and mentoring and inclusivity; Founder of Dialogue; Doctoral candidate – Aston University

Sandrine possesses a unique expertise in designing and delivering culturally-sound leadership programs for leaders around the world. Since joining CCL in 2011 after working in the banking sector, Sandrine has been developing leaders from all backgrounds all around the world. She has been collaborating with governments, global humanitarian organizations, corporate organizations, civil society organizations and communities in Haiti, Tanzania, Madagascar, Rwanda, Ghana, PALOP countries, Europe, Asia and the United States.


In her capacities of designer, facilitator, mentor and strategic advisor, she has been helping these stakeholders to work inclusively and lead for societal impact. Besides her role at CCL, Sandrine also acts as an independent consultant and global speaker on leadership and mentoring development for women and inclusivity. She is also the founder of Dialogue, a new organization whose mission is to connect leaders to solve inclusively the most pressing challenges the world is facing such as healthcare disparities, poverty or modern-day human trafficking.


Sandrine holds two masters and a post-graduate diploma, respectively in modern languages and literatures, Human Rights and literary translation. Sandrine is currently finishing a PhD in management at Aston University. Her PhD focuses on understanding how microfinance frontline employees use relationships with their peers to effectively help their clients lift themselves out poverty.


Sandrine designs and delivers leadership programs in English and French. Additionally, she understands Spanish.
