GCSP Plays a Key Role at the International Security Management Association Europe Meeting

With a keynote address delivered by GCSP Director Ambassador Christian Dussey, the International Security Management Association (ISMA) annual Europe Meeting, held this year in Geneva, clearly relied on the expertise of the GCSP.

GCSP Associate Fellow Mr Xavier Colin moderated the first panel, on "The Threat from the Islamic State in Europe: Challenges for the Public and Private Sectors." Additionally, two of the three panelists were GCSP Deputy Director and Academic Dean Professor Mahmoud Mohamedou and GCSP Associate Fellow Mr Jean-Paul Rouiller.

ISMA is a leading security association of senior security executives from worldwide business organizations, aiming to enhance professional and business standards for security policy. ISMA's annual Europe Meetings provide a more informal setting for European members to discuss regional security challenges.

Besides the threat from the Islamic State, this year's meeting will discuss the future of corporate security, European energy policy and the security of network and information systems, as well as featuring case studies to showcase best practices for business security policy.
