Mr Grégoire Patte
Position(s) Former Chief Planning, United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia

Mr Grégoire Patte is an Executive-in-Residence within the Global Fellowship Initiative of the GCSP. Mr Grégoire Patte is a program and project management specialist. For the past 15 years, he has worked in different capacities for international organizations, research centers, and private companies. He gained an extensive experience in peacebuilding and security policies in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. He was an advisor on strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation policies for the United Nations in Mali and Colombia and is currently a consultant.  Most recently, he cooperated with the European Union in developing the national counterterrorism strategy for Libya and with the Ecole Nationale d’Administration’s co-authoring the civil servant manual for the Central African administration. Grégoire has a master’s degree in geography from Sorbonne University. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in business intelligence from the European School for Business Intelligence and an MBA in European affairs from the ISC Paris School of Management. He is a French national currently based in Geneva.
