Expert Profile

Mr Ben Baseley-Walker is an Associate Fellow within the Global Fellowship Initiative of the GCSP. Ben Baseley-Walker is a Partner at Andart Global, a UAE-US consulting firm providing space and emerging technologies consulting to governments, industry and investors. A seasoned strategy expert who has worked at the national, regional and international level with both the public and private sector,  Ben brings a global perspective to finding solutions. He served as the head of the Emerging Security Threats Programme at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research in Geneva and is a Global Fellow at the Geneva Center for Security Policy. Previous work has included strategy, policy, international law, management, corporate restructuring/operations  and investor relations/government affairs.   Additionally, Baseley-Walker worked with the Secure World Foundation in Washington, D.C. as an advisor on security policy and international law.
