Critical Incident Management 2020
Due to the COVID-19 situation, the “Crisis Management : Navigating the Storm” and the “Critical Incident Management” courses have been merged into a blended learning event that comprises of two parts:
- Part 1 - Crisis Management – What do I need to Know? a 1 day virtual course to be run on 10th June 2020.
- Part 2 - Crisis Management – What do I need to Do? a 3.5 day face to face course scheduled to be held at GCSP in Geneva between 6th-9th October 2020.
In this new offering, GCSP Crisis Management will integrate many aspects of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic experiences and learning into both parts.

The course is designed for officials and executives from government, military, international organisations, non-profits and, the corporate sector.
