Strategic Foresight: Tools and Techniques for Planning in Uncertain Times
In today’s fast-paced world, policymakers and executives, more than ever, need well-informed foresight to gauge policy responses. This course explores the fundamentals of strategic foresight and how to create sustainable decisions in uncertain and rapidly changing contexts. It examines emerging security challenges, foresight methodologies, as well as when to apply specific tools and how to design purpose-driven processes.
The course is designed for:
- government officials (including diplomats, military officers, intelligence analysts)
- staff from international organisations
- representatives from the non-profit sector
- private sector actors.
