Profile

Ms Ramanshi Dwivedi is a Young Leader in Foreign and Security Policy at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, where her work engages with contemporary geopolitical dynamics, with particular focus on security, diplomacy, women’s participation, and human rights. She is also a Research Fellow at the IC – Centre for Governance, India, working at the intersection of public administration and governance reform.
Her professional experience spans research and policy-oriented roles with the International Committee of the Red Cross and the United Service Institution of India, where she worked as a Rapporteur and Research Intern. She has also contributed as a Research Analyst to the India–Central Asia Foundation, examining India’s evolving strategic engagement with the Central Asian region and broader Eurasian geopolitics. As an undergraduate researcher at Jawaharlal Nehru University, she conducted research on India–United States and India–European Union strategic and defence cooperation, deepening her engagement with security studies and bilateral defence frameworks.
Ramanshi has also been selected as a Young South Asian Leader and will represent India in the United States. She has authored and contributed to internationally published papers and studies, with her work grounded in international relations and public policy. Alongside her institutional engagements, she has led sustained educational mentoring initiatives in her local community for over five years, grounding her global policy interests in a sustained commitment to social responsibility.
Ramanshi holds a Political Science Honours degree from the University of Delhi.
