At the heart of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) lies Executive Education — our original mission and continued raison d’être. For nearly 30 years, we have been dedicated to designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that equip current and future leaders to address complex global security challenges.

From our inception, the GCSP has recognized executive education as the tool to empower professionals with the knowledge, skills, and strategic insight needed to contribute to international peace and security.

• Advanced Courses: a series of courses of longer duration that provide a comprehensive approach to global challenges in the field of security, peace and crisis.
• Open Enrolment Courses: address current and emerging global challenges covering a wide range of topics in different formats - hybrid, online, in person- in line with our Flex Learn approach.
• Customised Courses: co-created with our clients that address their specific needs, reflect regional contexts and achieve high impact.
