30 Recipes for Peace
30 Recipes for Peace is a distinctive culinary collection created with contributions from alumni of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy - security policy professionals devoted to conflict resolution and advancing global peace. This special edition celebrates three decades of dialogue, cooperation, and bridge-building across regions and cultures, while supporting our Global Scholarship Fund to expand education for participants from countries affected by crises.
The cookbook was further enriched through a valued collaboration with the experts of EHL Hospitality Business School and Geneva Tourism & Conventions Foundation, who contributed their gastronomic excellence, commitment to cultural exchange, and deep appreciation for the ingredients and traditions that define the region’s exceptional culinary heritage.
More than a collection of recipes, this book represents a shared table - a symbol of connection and mutual understanding. It reflects the belief that diverse voices and perspectives are not barriers, but essential ingredients that enrich dialogue. Throughout history, sharing a meal has been one of the simplest yet most meaningful ways to strengthen human bonds, and this cookbook carries that spirit forward while helping create life-changing educational opportunities through the Global Scholarship Fund.
