Missions

As a team member of the Geopolitics and Global Futures Department, you will be responsible and accountable for the following operational tasks: 
  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of online events and courses to ensure smooth and seamless execution.
  • Provide support in various administrative and communication tasks, including but not limited to minute-taking, database maintenance, and drafting engaging social media posts.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach by offering suggestions for improvement and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
We are searching for a creative and motivated self-starter to be an integral part of our team.
  • BA in International Relations, Development Studies, Political Science, Economics, International Humanitarian Law, History, Philosophy, or other relevant fields.
  • Previous work or internship experience is preferred, preferably in organisations in the humanitarian, development, or international cooperation sectors.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is expected.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues of diverse cultures; respect for diversity.
  • Ability to work autonomously under guidance.
