Cyberspace governance and data protection are topics becoming more relevant every day. With internet integrating into almost all aspects of our lives, the need to ensure the protection of individual privacy increases tremendously. States consistently emphasize their right to exercise control over cyberinfrastructures located on their sovereign territory to protect them from cross-border interference by other states or individuals. But where is the line between safety and censorship? How does the security vs. freedom apply to cyberspace?
