Engaging Armed Groups, Reality or Utopia? The answer in general is clear: Utopia. Drawing from her 20 years of practice in the field, Elisabeth Decrey Warner, in a conversation with Professor Marco Sassòli will share her experience about how engaging armed groups for a better protection of civilians became a reality. This event co-organised by the CCDP and the GCSP will be moderated by Professor Keith Krause, CCDP Director, and will be held in English and French. Ambassador Thomas Greminger, GCSP Director, will open the event. Afterwards, Elisabeth Decrey Warner will sign her book "Une femme sur les terres des rebelles".
