AI is among these technological developments which are expected to have profound impact on many spheres of the human life, including on international relations, diplomacy and military affairs. A comprehensive look at issues related to the development of artificial intelligence, including legal, ethical, communication issues, international regulations and cooperation, and others shall be taken in this virtual discussion.
