Dr Annita Larissa Sciacovelli
Prof. Annita Larissa Sciacovelli is currently an Associate Professor of International Law at the University of Bari "Aldo Moro," and a cybersecurity specialist. She serves as a Consultant to the Italian Ministry of Defence, as cybersecurity and AI expert for the redaction of the Italian International Law Defence Manual, and is the Scientific Director of the Executive Program at the Center for High Defense Studies (IASD). She also serves as a Strategic Member of Innov@Difesa (UGID) and as the Scientific Co-Director of the Cybersecurity Course for the Postal and Cyber Police (COSC). Internationally, she acts as a Strategic Advisor for the GRC Summit organized by the Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity, and in 2023, she was recognized as the “Professional Woman in Cybersecurity Europe 2023” in Paris by CEFCYS. Additionally, she is a Senior Lecturer for the Economic-Financial Police in Rome, a practicing attorney at the Bar of Bari, and the Vice President of Global Professionals for Artificial Intelligence (GP4AI). Previously served in the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity - ENISA Advisory Group (2023–2025) and as a Legal Consultant to the Italian Cyber Military Operations Command (COR) in 2025.
