Dr Michael M. Bosack
Dr Michael M. Bosack is the founder of the Parley Policy Initiative and the Special Adviser for Government Relations at the Yokosuka Council on Asia-Pacific Studies. Previously, he served as the Deputy Secretary of the UN Command Military Armistice Commission, where he was responsible for leading a multinational team in building and implementing strategies for enforcing the Korean Armistice Agreement; negotiating with the North Korean People’s Army; and facilitating diplomatic efforts among South Korea, North Korea, and states affiliated with UN Command. His research focuses on negotiation, crisis management, peacebuilding, and post-war policy.
