Global Cyber and Security Policy
The GCSP’s Global Cyber and Security Policy program equips leaders to navigate global cyber risks through training, advisory, and strategic dialogue.
We provide comprehensive expertise across cyber strategy, crisis management, executive education, and policy advisory, blending security policy-relevant research with practical application. Increased digital dependence and geopolitical instability has led to cyberspace becoming a contested environment. Threat actors target critical infrastructure, supply chains, and public trust. Addressing these challenges requires a holistic approach including strategic foresight, governance, and international cooperation.
We support government, private sector, and international organizations in navigating complex cyber environments. Our activities span executive training and education, including the flagship course on Cyber Security in International Security, scenario-based cyber crisis management, and strategic advisory services that align security posture with institutional goals.
Global Cyber and Security Policy also hosts the international edition of the Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge. In partnership with the Atlantic Council, we prepare future leaders to respond to multidimensional cyber crises through policy innovation and diplomacy. As a hub for cyber dialogue, we convene stakeholders across the globe, from the Middle East to Europe and China, fostering confidence-building and norm development.
Through policy research and analysis, we contribute to thought leadership on cyber policy, from societal cyber resilience to cyberspace operations for cyber security, deterrence and defense. Our insights help shape national and international strategies grounded in real-world complexity.
Global Cyber and Security Policy is your trusted partner in strengthening cyber resilience and ensuring a safe and secure cyberspace for the good of humankind.
