Profile

Mr Ahmed Mahmouden is currently the Director of the Europe Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mauritania. Prior to this, Mr Mahmouden served as Director of the IT department of the same Ministry. He holds a BA in computer science and recently obtained a master’s degree in International Relations and a diploma from the École National d'Administration (ENA), France.
