Mr Arthur Lusenti

Mr Arthur Lusenti served as a Research and Project Officer in the Research and Policy Advice Department at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy from 2022 to 2025. Arthur’s research and writing focuses on international security, defence policy and on the impact of emerging technologies on military capabilities, and warfare. He holds a Master in International Affairs (MIA) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva and diplomas in Political Science from the University of Geneva and Social Sciences from Sciences Po Paris. Arthur also serves in the Swiss Armed Forces and is detached to the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
