Mr Eduardo Massieu Paredes

Eduardo Massieu Paredes is the Europe and Middle East Regional Director at a global strategic advisory firm. Leveraging a unique blend of experience in global affairs and tech sector leadership, Eduardo convenes public- and private-sector leaders to build strategic alliances and advance innovation in complex policy landscapes. Previously, he served as Special Presidential Envoy.

Before public service, Eduardo led market expansion and strategy in emerging technology industries, managing a 15 country portfolio as General Manager and Chief Strategy Officer at a late stage unicorn startup, Wargaming, and working on go to market strategy at Chinese unicorn, Xiaomi. Eduardo began his career as an economist in the U.S. Department of the Treasury and researcher at Cedice.

Eduardo received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, and a JD & Economics Bachelor’s Degree from Andres Bello University. Most recently, the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme from Saïd Business School. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese, French and Greek.
