Ms Catalina Tabaran

Catalina joined the Mediation and Peace Support team in 2024. Prior to this role, she worked at the GCSP in the International Security Dialogue department. From 2023 to 2024, she supported the Diplomatic Affairs section at the Permanent Mission of Moldova to the United Nations Office in Geneva, working with the Deputy Permanent Representative on multilateral engagement. In 2022, she was part of the Public Diplomacy Service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, focusing on strategic communication and press relations. Catalina holds a Masters Degree in European Studies from the University of Geneva, and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University Lumière Lyon 2.
