Ms Constance Dumont
Constance Dumont is a Project Manager in the International Security Dialogue Department (ISDD) at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP). She works closely with the department Director in overseeing the development and consolidation of the ISDD, as well as manages and implements the project activities of Track 2 & Track 1.5 dialogue processes in Geneva and internationally, focusing on relations between Russia and the West, and the future of European Security.
Constance holds a master’s degree in International Politics with a regional focus on the Middle East and Africa from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Politics from McGill University. Prior to joining the GCSP, she worked for the United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner (OHCHR), where she focused on the thematic mandates on Migration, Indigenous Peoples and Slavery.
