Ms Dixie O’Donnell
Dixie O’Donnell is an experienced political advisor to civilian, military and private sector senior leadership from North America to Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. She has extensive crisis management, political and terrorism risk, strategic and operational experience from her work at NATO HQ and operations, United Nations missions in Afghanistan and South Sudan, as well as private risk consultancies. She has a Master’s Degree in Anthropology and Development from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor in International Studies from the University of Washington. Her current interests are the geopolitical implications of cyberspace and emerging technologies.
