Ms Guadalupe Paz
Guadalupe Paz is the Administrative Director of Degree Programs at the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University. Previously, she held positions of Associate Director of the Johns Hopkins SAIS Latin American Studies Program, 2005–2017; Assistant Research Professor, Johns Hopkins-SAIS, 2012–2015. She is the co-editor of Latin America in a Changing Global Environment (with Riordan Roett, Lynne Rienner 2003), The Andes in Focus: Security, Democracy and Ecnomic Reform (with Russell Crandall & Riordan Roett, Lynne Rienner 2005), China's expansion into the western hemisphere: Implications for Latin America and the United States (with Riordan Roett, Brookings 2008), and Latin America and the Asian Giants: Evolving Ties with China and India (with Riordan Roett, Brookings 2016). Education: PhD and MIPP, Johns Hopkins-SAIS; BA, Stanford University.
