Ms Inela Agolli

Ms Agolli works as a Project Manager at the Mediation and Peace Support Department, GCSP since September 2022, where she supports and helps shape diplomatic dialogue processes and mediation-related initiatives designed to build trust, facilitate discreet consultations, and promote constructive engagement among stakeholders, including through Track 1.5 and Track 2 dialogues. Before joining the GCSP, she worked in various roles within NGOs, the private sector, and the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the United Nations in Geneva, focusing on issues such as nuclear disarmament, freedom of expression, project development, regulatory affairs, and advocacy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History and a Master’s degree in European Studies with a specialisation in international law.
