Driving a mission to protect our future

As Geneva faces unprecedented challenges and scrutiny over its global leadership role, three of its flagship institutions united for a landmark event. 

On 18 September 2025, DCAF, GCSP and GICHD came together to celebrate a shared legacy of advancing global peace, security, and humanitarian action.

This celebration was a unique opportunity to highlight the synergies and the distinct - yet complementary - roles of the three Geneva Centres in fostering innovative and effective solutions that enhance peace, security sector governance, human security, humanitarian action, and sustainable development.

Distinguished speakers included:

The event was led by the Master of Ceremony, Mr Pascal Rapillard, Head of External Relations and Communication of the City of Geneva.
