Dr Ivan URETA appointed as GCSP Deputy Executive Director

The Geneva Centre for Security Policy is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Ivan URETA as Deputy Executive Director, effective 10 November 2025.

In addition to his role as Director of Executive Education, Dr. Ureta has been selected for this role in recognition of his solid performance, leadership skills, and understanding of the GCSP’s mission and priorities.

Since joining in February of this year, he has shown strong commitment, professionalism, and a thoughtful approach, making a positive contribution to the Senior Leadership Team and to the Centre’s objectives.
