Mr Arthur Lusenti

Mr Arthur Lusenti is a Research and Project Officer at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, Research and Policy Advice Department where he has worked since 2022. Arthur’s research and writing focuses on international security, defence policy and on the impact of emerging technologies on military capabilities, and warfare. He holds a Master in International Affairs (MIA) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva and diplomas in Political Science from the University of Geneva and Social Sciences from Sciences Po Paris. Arthur also serves in the Swiss Armed Forces and is detached to the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
