Inspiring Women Leaders 2026

Join us for a course designed specifically for women that has benefited hundreds of participants over seven years. Take time to reflect on your journey to date and the path you want to forge for yourself going forward. Exchange with experts and fellow participants to learn from your experiences and identify strategies that will propel you forward.

- Discover and practice tools and techniques to effectively lead, influence and collaboratively engage with others;
- Identify how to build an effective network to support your professional goals;
- Develop strategies for a successful courageous conversation, and practice with peers;
- Build relationships with peers from across sectors and exchange experiences;
- Create a strategy for your career growth and begin to apply it.

Costs
750 CHF
The cost includes all facilitated sessions over a month, access to the online platform for one year, and access to our exclusive mentoring guide.
15% Early-Bird Discount if you apply before 31 01 2026. GCSP Alumni qualify for a 20% discount on the standard rate of 750 CHF. Participants from conflict-affected and fragile regions who are unable to pay tuition fees are invited to apply for a tuition waiver. Please also contact us if you are not able to afford reliable internet access. Bring a friend: 650 CHF (ensure your friend or colleague mentions your name in their online application)

Participating in Inspiring Women Leaders (March 2025) was truly transformative. As a Lebanese artist Peace Ambassador, I was exposed to powerful soft skill tools like intentional quietness, intercultural collaboration and diplomatic assertiveness The program's leaders set a great example of how to inspire and influence, which gave me the opportunity to continue on strongly expanding my interdisciplinary background in art, intercultural communication and mentorship. This short, yet impactful journey refined my ability to lead with communities and not for them. To all women out there: this is your sign to join.
