State nominated expert in corporate intelligence and risk management, Jerome Gabriel began his career in foreign trade as an intercultural and geopolitical specialist in the Asia Pacific region (Thailand, Vietnam, China, Japan). After having spent many years working and living in Asia he pursued his career as a consultant and associate partner in various industries and corporations in France. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the American University in Paris and two Master’s degree – the first in South East Asian Affairs and the second one in Corporate Intelligence and Risk Management. As a corporate coach and writer, he actively participates in raising awareness among business leaders on identifying and mitigating risks and managing crisis through 'real case scenario' training programs for 'strategic leaders'. He actively collaborates with Swiss newspaper Le Temps on strategic issues and leadership (governance) bringing far-eastern philosophical and strategic thoughts on management and leadership from great philosophers and strategists of the Far East (Sun Tzu parle aux dirigeants stratèges - Sun Tzu speaks to strategic leaders). He is actually working on a new Sun Tzu actualized version of the Art of war and is currently writing an extensive philosophical book on ancient far-eastern masters and philosophers regarding strategic leadership issues, risk management and corporate governance. He currently lives in the Geneva area and intervenes as a corporate business consultant for medium to large corporations, financial institutions and Lawyers in risk related issues (compliance, advanced market studies, strategic researches).
