Ms Christine Garnier Simon

Christine Garnier Simon serves as the Administration and Coordination Manager for the Geopolitics and Global Futures Department at GCSP. In this role, she supervises the department's operations, guaranteeing efficiency and alignment with GCSP's overarching goals. She drives the planning and delivery of projects and events that address global issues in international security, diplomacy, and governance. Christine also manages the publication of the GCSP Policy Briefs series, which provides insights and actionable recommendations to decision-makers across governments, international organizations, and the private sector.

Christine brings a solid background in public relations and strategic communication, supported by postgraduate qualifications from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the University of Chester. She is an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner, dedicated to strengthening the GCSP’s global profile and outreach.

Fluent in English and French, with knowledge of German and Spanish, she brings a broad and inclusive perspective shaped by her bicultural French-American upbringing and experience across both the private and development sectors.
